I happy to announce my book cover surfaces are currently featured in the Hermes store windows at 691 Madison Ave in NYC. In collaboration with the windows designer Bramble Workshop (www.brambleworkshop.com), I applied my book cover surfaces to a moon and stag silhouette. Inspired by the story of the Greek god Artemis the windows features the Hermes fall 2013 collection. If your in NYC please stop by and let me know what you think.
Below are a few images of a headboard I am making for a client in NYC. The photos show the process of editing the laser cut book cover strips and installing them one by one on to the wood backing. I pick each strip keeping in mind the composition of the whole headboard. At over 9' long this headboard is the largest I've made yet. More images to come!
